John (Jamey) McMahon, III | Chairman, Ligon Industries, LLC

Jamey McMahon has been involved in ownership and operations of manufacturing companies since 1991. He is the Chairman of Jorden Industries, Inc., a partner at Evergreen Manufacturing, and serves on the Board of Directors at Southern Research. Jamey holds a BS degree from Birmingham-Southern College.

Leon (Bo) Nolen, IV | Chairman, Ligon Hydraulics, LLC

Bo Nolen has been involved in manufacturing operations management since 1992.  Mr. Nolen currently owns and operates E-Box, one of the largest independent fabricators of electrical enclosures in the southeast, as well as Universal Enclosure Systems in Dallas, Texas.  Bo holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama and an MBA from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

James C. Delk, Jr. | President

Mr. Delk has been involved in direct equity investing since 2004. Prior to joining Ligon, Mr. Delk worked for McWane, Inc. in various capacities including Assistant General Manager of Kennedy Valve Co. in Elmira, New York and Vice President/General Manager of McWane Cast Iron Pipe Company in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Delk’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Highest Honors from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.

Jan J. Ehrhardt | Senior Vice President

Mrs. Ehrhardt has been a part of Ligon since its inception, after having served for 10 years as Assistant Vice President and Secretary of McWane, Inc. Prior to McWane, Mrs. Ehrhardt was the Controller of First Commercial Bank in Birmingham, before which she was an auditor with Price Waterhouse. Mrs. Ehrhardt’s educational background includes a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama and a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

Annette Williams | Vice President & Corporate Controller

Annette Williams officially joined Ligon Industries in 2020. Prior to her role at Ligon, she worked for a sister company of Ligon, handling accounting and property management, a position she held since 2012. Over the years, she has occupied various financial roles, beginning her career as a cost accountant for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. Mrs. Williams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama.

Brooke Vinson | General Counsel

Mrs. Vinson joined Ligon in 2021. Prior to accepting the position, Mrs. Vinson was a partner at Bradley, Arant, Boult, Cummings, LLP, where she practiced in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group. She graduated with honors from the University of Georgia and the University of Alabama School of Law.

Morgan Ogilvie | Vice President, Finance

Morgan Ogilvie joined Ligon in 2023. Prior to joining Ligon, Morgan worked for Harbert Management Corporation as a Senior Associate on the Harbert Discovery Fund. Before that, he was an Associate in the corporate and investment bank at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Morgan has a Masters in Finance and a Bachelors in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama.

Shaun Swearingen | Vice President, Information Technology

Shaun Swearingen joined Ligon in 2023 with more than 20 years of IT experience in manufacturing.  Shaun’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.

Bill Anderson | Group President, Ligon Hydraulic Cylinder Group

Bill Anderson joined Ligon in 2003 when Ligon acquired HDM Hydraulics, LLC where he has served as the General Manager since 1983. Bill was named Group President-Ligon Hydraulic Cylinder Group in 2020.   Prior to joining HDM Hydraulics, LLC, Bill served for six years as a certified public accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.

Jason Dannenberg | Group President, Ligon Permanent Mold Aluminum Foundry Group

Jason Dannenberg joined Ligon in 2006 when Ligon acquired Premier Aluminum, LLC. Jason served at Premier Aluminum since 2001 in various management positions of increasing responsibility culminating in the position of Group President-Ligon Permanent Mold Aluminum Foundry Group. He has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelors of Operations Management from Marion College of Fond du Lac.

Andy Renkey | Group President, Ligon V-Process Aluminum Foundry Group

Andy Renkey joined Ligon in 2011.  He has been Group President-Ligon V-Process Aluminum Foundry Group since 2016.  Prior to joining Ligon, Andy served for seven years as a Plant Manager for Johnson Controls.  Prior to that he served in various management positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing industries in both the United States and Canada.  Andy served seven years as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.  He holds a BA in Business from Grove City College.

John J. McMahon, Jr. | Executive Committee Chairman, Ligon Industries, LLC

Mr. McMahon has been involved in direct equity investing since 1976. Mr. McMahon has been involved in over 35 acquisitions ranging from publicly held companies to small privately held companies.

Mr. McMahon is a current or former director of Protective Life Insurance Corporation, ProAssurance Corporation, National Bank of Commerce, Cooper/T. Smith Corporation and UAB Health Systems. He served on the Board of Trustees of the University of Alabama and Birmingham-Southern College. Mr. McMahon’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College and a law degree from the University of Alabama.
